If you experience delayed USPS shipping times, it could be due to a damaged or lost package, although this is not a common occurrence. If you have not received a package within 7 business days after the estimated delivery time frame, you should consider filing a claim with USPS. It's important to note that FLO® is not responsible for products once they are handed off to the shipping carrier. Any lost or damaged products, whether marked as delivered or not, must be claimed through USPS here.
